Hello. I’m a freelance journalist, author and copywriter specialising in travel and lifestyle and the future of work. My passions include solo travel for women, digital working, freelancing, wellness, and adventure travel.

I’m currently working on a slow travel guide to Hastings & St Leonards based on interviews with local residents. I hope to go a little deeper than the average guide to showcase this raw, diverse and creative town.

I also do PR & social media marketing for a range of clients including UKGCVA, National Union of Journalists, Hot Octopuss, Laslett England, St Leonards Modern Goods, Black Label Properties Berlin.
