Artist Mike Abrahams makes visual poetry from his studio in Hastings and posts ‘Life is a four-letter word’ paintings every day on Instagram. He’s a member of Hastings Art School and collaborates on public art projects with Francesca Giuliano (https://abrahamsgiuliano.com). He exhibits nationally and his artist’s books can be found in the collections of Tate and the V&A.
Outsider Artist, specialising in, but not limited to, collage, mail art, assemblage, found object art, and altered art. I was recently diagnosed with stage 4 cancer, which means I don’t have many years left to get my art out into the public. I’m looking to participate in or help run local art workshops. Deborah Bowness has been designing & making bespoke, handprinted wallpapers since 1999. The Print Room was established to facilitate the production of a unique collection of wallpapers. Like the wallpapers this is not a conventional print room. Deborah has a reputation for creating haphazard experimental surface design which actively looks to avoid conventional techniques.
