Hastings Art School

We run an arts education programme for the local creative community taking all the best bits from a traditional institution at a fraction of the cost of art school. For professional, post-grad, or emerging artists looking to develop their practice in a critical environment but for whom traditional art school is inaccessible due to work or family commitments, finance or travel.

We offer a diverse and challenging curriculum of seminars, critiques and tutorials to really drive and contextualise your practice in a flexible timetable that can fit around your life. This non-accredited course is for those who want to develop as an artist but are not interested in the price tag associated with a formal qualification but still want an environment in which to discuss and analyse your practice.
