Work with many different organisations & businesses, designing and delivering strategic and experiential programmes in leadership, cultural & organisational change, agility, innovation and creativity. [PwC, HSBC, Investec, Sainsbury, Peterborough Council…]
Currently as Associate Director of the MAP Consortium, a consortium of artists producing cutting edge work in the fields of performance, creative development, education and training.
Also currently head of the Agile Business Solution Centre, for Better Business Partners. An international boutique consulting firm, dedicated to helping next generation businesses develop a more sustainable way of being in the world. Working to develop agile organisational set up and leadership culture.
As Director of Creativity and partner at Spinach, worked on many global brands. (Unilever, Pernod-Ricard, Rolls Royce, Lloyds Bank). Consulting and managing clients in designing and delivering innovation and insight workshops, co-creation, idea generation, concept labs, concept writing, strategy workshops and new product laboratories.
I have recently been appointed Specialist Support Advisor to the Cultural Sector at StartEast, a three-year European business support and grants programme for creative people in Suffolk and Norfolk.
Ongoing creative practice working on many varieties of live, visual & performing arts projects, both UK and internationally. Visits and lectures at a number of Universities and colleges, including Central St Martins and London Metropolitan University.
