Hi! I’m Becca – a freelance user researcher, designer and communications specialist based in Hastings.

I work with social purpose organisations to understand their audiences and create better products, services and communications. With experience across research, design, communications and project delivery, I’m often brought in when teams need thoughtful, flexible support across multiple areas.

Most of my work has been with non-profits, civic initiatives and the public sector, especially on projects focused on social impact, sustainability and democratic participation.
